This Privacy Policy explains how Sofre ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use the Sofre Business App (the "App") for restaurant partners.
By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
2) Information we collect
A) Information you provide
- Account information: restaurant name, owner/manager name, phone number, email address
- Business information: restaurant address, business hours, menu items, prices, item descriptions, food photos
- Order management: order acceptance/rejection, preparation times, order notes
- Financial information: earnings, payout history, bank account details for payouts
- Support communications: messages and information you share with support
B) Information collected automatically
- Device and technical data: device model, operating system, app version, language settings
- Usage and diagnostics: screens viewed, actions taken, crash logs, performance data
- Network data: IP address and approximate region (used for security and reliability)
3) Push notifications
We send push notifications for new orders, order updates, and service announcements. You can manage notification preferences in your device settings. Disabling notifications may affect your ability to receive timely order alerts.
4) How we use your information
We use your information to:
- create and manage your restaurant account
- display your restaurant and menu to customers
- process and manage orders
- calculate and process your earnings and payouts
- provide customer support and resolve disputes
- send service communications (order alerts, status updates, announcements)
- improve the App (performance, reliability, user experience)
- detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our policies
5) How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We may share information as follows:
- With customers: restaurant name, address, menu, prices, preparation status, and estimated times are displayed to customers placing orders.
- With Drivers: restaurant address and order details needed for pickup and delivery.
- With service providers: we use Supabase for core infrastructure (authentication, database, storage). Providers may process data on our instructions to operate the Services.
- Legal and safety: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect users, prevent fraud, or respond to safety/security issues.
6) International data transfers
Your information may be processed and stored in countries outside your country of residence. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is treated securely.
7) Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Services, resolve disputes, maintain records, and meet legal/accounting obligations.
- Order records: retained as needed for operations, accounting, and compliance.
- Financial records: retained as required by tax and accounting regulations.

9) Account deletion
Restaurant partners can request account deletion by contacting support@mysofre.com.
When you delete your account:
- your restaurant will be removed from the platform
- we stop using your data for active services
- we may retain limited records if required for legal compliance, financial auditing, or dispute resolution
10) Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
11) Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be available within the App and at www.mysofre.com.
