Sofre Business Terms & Conditions

IMPORTANT NOTE
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you ("you", "Restaurant") and Sofre ("Sofre", "we", "us", "our") for your use of the Sofre Business app and related restaurant features on www.mysofre.com (together, the "Services"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1) Platform role

Sofre operates a platform that connects Customers, Restaurants, and independent Drivers. Sofre facilitates ordering and delivery coordination. Restaurants are responsible for preparing food and fulfilling orders.

You will cooperate with investigations into missing/incorrect items or quality complaints and respond within a reasonable time.

8) Delivery and driver interactions

Drivers are independent parties. Treat them respectfully and provide safe pickup conditions and accurate pickup instructions.

9) Payments and settlements (if applicable)

If settlement/reporting features exist, follow procedures shown in the App. Fees/commissions (if any) will be shown or agreed in writing.

10) Location and maps

The App may use Apple Maps/Google Maps for address and pin placement. You are responsible for keeping your location pin and address accurate.

11) Prohibited conduct

No fraud, manipulation of platform metrics, unauthorized access, or illegal activity.

12) Customer data protection

Customer data received through Sofre must be used only to fulfill orders and must not be used for unrelated marketing or shared without permission.

13) Third-party services

Sofre may use third-party providers (including Supabase, Apple Maps, Google Maps). Their terms/policies may apply.

14) Intellectual property

Sofre trademarks/platform content (excluding restaurant content) are owned by Sofre or licensed to Sofre. Use Sofre branding only as authorized.

15) Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" and "as available". Sofre does not guarantee order volume or uninterrupted operation.

16) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sofre's total liability is limited to amounts paid to Sofre for the relevant period/order, unless the law requires otherwise.

17) Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Sofre from claims arising from your breach, your products/food, or misuse of the Services.

18) Suspension and termination

Sofre may suspend/terminate access for violations, risk, fraud, repeated cancellations, or harmful conduct.

19) Account deletion

You can permanently delete your restaurant account from within the App. If you cannot access the App, email support@mysofre.com. Some records may be retained if required by law or to resolve disputes.

20) Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

21) Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sofre regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.

22) Force majeure

Sofre shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

23) No waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by Sofre.

We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by laws applicable in Afghanistan.
