Sofre for Drivers Terms & Conditions

IMPORTANT NOTE
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you ("you", "Driver") and Sofre ("Sofre", "we", "us", "our") for your use of the Sofre for Drivers app and related driver features on www.mysofre.com (together, the "Services"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1) Platform role and driver status

Sofre provides a platform connecting Customers, Restaurants, and Drivers. Drivers use the platform to accept and complete deliveries.

Unless required by applicable law, Drivers are independent service providers and are not employees, agents, or partners of Sofre.

You agree to follow reasonable pickup/drop-off instructions, handle orders carefully, deliver promptly, and behave respectfully.

The App uses Apple Maps and Google Maps for routing/navigation. You remain responsible for safe driving and compliance with traffic laws.

8) Fees/earnings (if applicable)

Displayed earnings may be adjusted due to cancellations, disputes, or policy enforcement. Follow payout/settlement procedures if provided.

9) Prohibited conduct

No non-delivery after acceptance, GPS manipulation, status falsification, harassment, fraud/theft, illegal activity, or unauthorized access.

10) Safety and incidents

Follow safe practices and report serious incidents or disputes to Sofre support as soon as possible.

11) Customer data protection

Customer contact/address info must be used only to complete deliveries and must not be shared or used for unrelated purposes.

12) Disclaimers and liability

Services are provided "as is". Sofre does not guarantee order volume/earnings or uninterrupted operation. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13) Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Sofre from claims arising from your breach, conduct, or misuse of the Services.

14) Suspension/termination and account deletion

We may suspend/terminate access for violations or risk. You can permanently delete your driver account from within the App or by emailing support@mysofre.com if you cannot access the App.

15) Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16) Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sofre regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.

17) Force majeure

Sofre shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

18) No waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by Sofre.

19) Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by laws applicable in Afghanistan.
