Sofre Terms & Conditions

IMPORTANT NOTE
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you ("you", "Customer") and Sofre ("Sofre", "we", "us", "our") for your use of the Sofre Customer App and related customer features on www.mysofre.com (together, the "Services"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1) Who we are and what we do

Sofre is a platform that helps Customers discover restaurants, place orders, and arrange delivery through independent Drivers. Restaurants and Drivers are third parties that use Sofre to provide food preparation and delivery services.

If you are unreachable, provide an incorrect address, or fail to receive the order, applicable fees may still apply.

8) Live tracking and location

You agree not to misuse the Services, harass others, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Services for unlawful activity.

11) Third-party services

The Services may interact with third-party services (including Supabase, Apple Maps, Google Maps). Their terms/policies may also apply.

12) Intellectual property

Sofre trademarks, logos, and app content (excluding restaurant content) are owned by Sofre or licensed to Sofre. You may not copy or distribute our content without permission.

13) Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

14) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sofre's total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid (or were required to pay) for that order, unless the law requires otherwise.

15) Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Sofre from claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

16) Suspension and termination

We may suspend/terminate access for violations or risk. You may stop using the Services at any time.

17) Account deletion

You can permanently delete your customer account from within the App. If you cannot access the App, email support@mysofre.com. Some records may be retained if required by law or to resolve disputes.

18) Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

19) Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sofre regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.

20) Force majeure

Sofre shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

21) No waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by Sofre.

22) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

23) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Afghanistan, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
